Private person. Mummiform. Arms crossed on the chest. Hands crossed left over right, unsleeved. Crook in left hand and narrow hoe in right hand. Without basket. Head is missing. Front hieroglyphic inscription in one vertical column framed but open at top is unreadable.
This pseudo-shabti belongs to the group of shabtis which were discovered during the archaeological excavations in the Middle Dalmatia during the 19th century but sadly the location where they were found did not survive. It was probably crafted between the Late period (30th dynasty) and the Ptolemaic period (33rd dynasty). It was brought to the island of Pharos during the Greco-Roman period (c. 4th century BC- late 2nd century AD).
