U obliku je mumije. Sačuvan je samo donji dio tijela šauabtija. Hijeroglifski je natpis na leđnom stubu u samo jednom uokvirenom okomitom stupcu (Tp 12). Tipološki saisko do ptolemejskog razdoblja.
